Background
I have been in the roofing industry for 10 years. I came into roofing as an entry level employee doing takeoffs and quickly moved up to estimating and project engineering duties. I then shifted to the project manager side of the business. I realized that if the estimates are high quality and inclusive then the project management side will also be high quality. My idea is to reach smaller subcontractors that need coverage but don't necessarily have the budget for full time estimating overhead. I bridge the gap between product and overhead.
